By using FileConvert you agree to use the service only for content you have the right to process, and not for unlawful material.

The service is provided "as is". Paid plans include the service levels described on the pricing page. Credits are consumed per conversion as described in the pricing documentation; only successful conversions are charged.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or exceed fair-use limits.
