Files are processed only for the conversion job you request and removed automatically according to the retention policy. Output files are kept for 24 hours.
We don't sell your data
FileConvert does not sell customer file data nor mine any data from it. Conversions run in isolated workers.
Transport & access
All traffic is served over TLS. API access is scoped by API key; account access uses signed, HTTP-only session cookies.
Paid plans include a data processing agreement, a 99.9% SLA and, on Enterprise, custom security reviews and NDAs.
